Build stronger law firm applications with the Autumn Application Masterclass, a two-day live series with Mark Dubes, a former legal graduate recruiter with over 20 years’ experience who has interviewed more than 10,000 candidates, including at Mayer Brown, and Dylan Anton, a future trainee at Clifford Chance.
Across two sessions, you’ll explore what recruiters look for, how to explain your interest in a firm and how to turn your research and experience into clear, convincing answers.
DAY 1 — Application Writing: Recruiter Tips with Mark Dubes
Learn what makes an application stand out, how to structure your answers and which common mistakes can weaken an otherwise strong application.
DAY 2 — Why This Firm & Perfecting Your Application with Dylan Anton
Explore how to move beyond generic firm research, build a convincing “Why this firm?” answer and refine your application before submitting.
Both sessions will include opportunities to ask questions. Participants who attend both days will receive a certificate of completion to add to their CV or LinkedIn profile.
