Prepare for the final stages of law firm recruitment with the Assessment Centre Bootcamp, a three-day live series with Mark Dubes, a former legal graduate recruiter with over 20 years’ experience who has interviewed more than 10,000 candidates, including at Mayer Brown, and Dylan Anton, a future trainee at Clifford Chance.
Across three sessions, you’ll explore what assessors look for, how to approach group exercises and case studies, and how to communicate your experience and motivation in a partner interview.
DAY 1 — Assessment Centre Strategy & Group Exercises with Mark Dubes
Learn how to prepare for an assessment centre, understand what you’re being assessed on and contribute confidently to group exercises without dominating the discussion.
DAY 2 — Case Studies Strategy with Dylan Anton
Explore how to break down unfamiliar information, identify the key commercial issues and structure your recommendations.
DAY 3 — Partner Interviews & Bootcamp Q&A with Mark Dubes
Prepare for partner interviews, learn how to handle follow-up questions and explain your motivation convincingly. The bootcamp closes with a Q&A to address your remaining questions.
One registration covers all three days.
Participants who attend all three sessions will receive a certificate of completion to add to their CV or LinkedIn profile.
