Situational Judgment Tests and Video Interviews

This practical workshop focuses on two stages that often catch candidates out: situational judgement tests and video interviews. Led by Ronak Rodrigues, future trainee at Stephenson Harwood, the session is split into two parts. The first half breaks down how situational judgement tests are designed, what firms are actually assessing, and how to approach scenarios logically rather than guessing. The second half focuses on video interviews, covering common question types and how to deliver clear, structured answers under time pressure. The session is aimed at students and graduates preparing for vacation scheme or training contract assessments who want a practical understanding of how to perform well across both stages.
